These terms and conditions apply to the website under the domain name www.gsagroup.com (the “Site”), which is the property of GSA International Limited (“GSA” or “we”, or “our”, as the context may require). A reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to the user of this Site.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as your use of the Site is subject to them. GSA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or add to these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by updating them on the Site. The version of these terms and conditions current at the date you use the Site will apply. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Site.

1. What you are allowed to do

Subject to the terms hereof, we hereby provide you with a non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to browse the Site, view the information on it, and print and download extracts from the Site for your own use where any of the exceptions detailed in Chapter III of the UK’s Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 apply and provided that at all times you do not do any of the things set out in clause 2.

4. Copyright and trademarks

4.1 All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material (including, without limitation, text, photographs, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, databases, page layouts, underlying codes and software) contained in the Site are either owned by us or our third-party content providers. You are only allowed to use the Site and the material contained in the Site as set out in these conditions.

4.2 The Site contains certain trademarks, all of which are the property of GSA or its third-party content providers. You are not allowed to copy or otherwise use any of those trademarks in any way except as set out in these terms and conditions.

5. Visitor material and conduct

5.1 Other than personally identifiable information (which is covered by GSA’s privacy policy), any material you transmit or post to this Site shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. GSA shall have no obligations with respect to such material. 5.3 You agree that, if you post any comments on any articles or sections of the Site, you automatically grant, and represent and warrant to GSA that you have the right to grant, a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to display such comments on the Site and any other websites operated by GSA or its agents. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims or alleges that any content posted or uploaded by you to the Site breached that third party’s legal rights.

5.4 GSA reserves the right to delete any contribution to the Site at its sole discretion and at any time without notice. GSA does not endorse the content of any materials submitted by a user to the Site.

6. Exclusions and limitations of liability

6.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or any other liability which may not by applicable law be excluded or limited.

10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
